  Attorneys receive a flat rate for process serving within 7 designated  counties:

        Carbon County , Lackawanna County,  Lehigh County,   Luzerne County ,  
        Monroe County ,  Northampton County , and  Pike County.

       Rates include
Up to three (3) Attempts at the address provided
                           No Mileage or Notary Charges (within the 7 designated counties)
                                                   Free Basic Skip Tracing (additional fees may apply if service is to be attempted
 at a new  address)
                                       Court filing of affidavits,  motions, petitions or Court filing of New Cases*
       
         Rush Service Available  (Additional charges may apply).
            
                                        Clients with high volume needs can qualify for a customized rate  package.
 
                                                          Process service that requires surveillance, or our locator service are billed at our                                         standard hourly   investigator rate plus mileage and expenses.
